Delivered by DMC Group, this community retail development wraps a corner site with a continuous run of shop units set behind a deep colonnade that shades the pavement through the day. The elevation is drawn in a traditional Bahraini language — sand-toned render, a stepped crenellated parapet and a steady rhythm of square piers. Works covered structure, blockwork, render and finishes, glazing and shopfront openings, with careful control of pier alignment and parapet detailing across the full length of the terrace.
