Delivered by DMC Group, Lawzi Community Retail sets a supermarket anchor and a run of smaller shop units around a corner plot, held behind a deep colonnade that shades the pavement through the day. The elevation is drawn in a traditional Bahraini language — sand-toned render, a stepped crenellated parapet and a steady rhythm of square piers. Works covered structure and blockwork, render and finishes, glazing and shopfront openings, signage recesses and the surrounding parking and paving.
