Delivered by DMC Group, this multi-storey residential building stacks generous apartments around a vertical glazed stair core that reads as a single ribbon of blue against the white façade. Cantilevered balconies with stainless and glass balustrades give every unit its own outdoor room, while a darker ribbed cladding plane grounds the corner elevation. Works covered structure, façade, cladding, glazing and finishes, executed with tight panel alignment and clean joint lines throughout.
